Geniş zoom aralığına ek olarak P950, UHD 4K video çekimi, 7 fps seri çekim ve Wi-Fi + Bluetooth sunar. Ham görüntü yakalama, daha gelişmiş fotoğrafçılar için hoş bir eklentidir ve herkes daha yüksek çözünürlüklü 2.4M noktalı vizörünü takdir edebilecektir.
P950, 5.5 nokta sabitleme ve Nikon ‘un DF-M1 nokta görüşünü desteklemek için bir aksesuar aracına sahiptir – kuş ve uçak fotoğrafçılığı için yararlı bir yardımcıdır.
